Assurance of NAMM Members
NAMM requires that all members of the association are genuine masons with the ability to create and install beautiful memorials into your cemetery to the current standards. NAMM members are also required to uphold high ethical and business standards. Members are committed to working to the current Code of Working Practice which ensures that memorials are fixed in accordance with British Standard 8415. Via our monthly newsletter, members are informed of changes to the industry so that should the need arise they are able to adapt their working practices as soon as changes take effect.
NAMM also ensures that members are aware that Burial Authorities have the right to create individual regulations specific to their area.
In the rare event that you encounter a problem with a NAMM member, the association also offers an independent arbitration service and will ensure that, when necessary, masons are held to account when they are at fault (please contact Head Office if you require more information).
