This guide, which should be read in conjunction
with the NAMM booklet The Recommended Code of Working Practice,
is intended to help avoid ambiguity and misunderstanding in the
British memorial industry.
Its aim is to improve communication between manufacturers, wholesalers
and retailers, cemetery and church authorities, and their customers.

The National Association
of Memorial Masons has established a Code of Business Practice to
which all members must adhere.
This Code, approved at
the Association's Annual General Meeting in October 1990, with its
subsequent amendments, outlines the minimum standards of business
practice expected of members.
